We do not sell your personal information for money.
We do use advertising and analytics technologies — the Meta pixel and Google advertising tags — that send identifiers and activity from this site to those platforms so we can measure our advertising and show advertising to people like you elsewhere. Under California law that counts as “sharing” for cross-context behavioural advertising, and under several other state privacy laws it may count as a “sale”, even though no money changes hands.
You can turn it off. It takes one click and it changes nothing else: not your account, not your pricing, not your membership, not your ability to order.
Opt out
Option 1 — opt out for this browser

Option 2 — Global Privacy Control
If your browser or a browser extension sends the Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a valid opt-out request automatically, with no further step from you. You do not need to do anything else.
Option 3 — opt out for your account, on every device
Email info@tropezpeptides.com with “Do not sell or share” in the subject line, from the email address on your account. We will apply the opt-out to your account record so it persists across browsers and devices, and confirm when it is done. We will acknowledge within 10 business days and complete it within 15 business days.

An agent may submit an opt-out on your behalf. Email info@tropezpeptides.com with your written permission. We may ask you to confirm directly that you gave permission.

We do not share: your name, postal address, telephone number, payment details, order contents, membership status, or your research attestation record — for advertising or for any other purpose beyond the service providers listed in our Privacy Policy.
We do not share sensitive personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising, and we do not knowingly share the personal information of anyone under 16.
Your other rights
Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to know what we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to obtain a portable copy, and to appeal a decision we make on a request. Section 7 of the Privacy Policy explains each one and how to exercise it.
Non-discrimination
We will not deny you products or services, charge you a different price, apply a different discount, give you a lower level of service, or treat your order differently in any way because you opted out or exercised any other privacy right.
